SuPWR is a collaborative research project bringing together five leading organisations and a multi-disciplinary research team with deep in-country and conceptual expertise on women's rights and contemporary power struggles in South Asia.
The SuPWR team is well-located at the intersection of global and local gender equality research and activism. We bring an innovative mix of methodological and disciplinary expertise, from geography, political science, sociology, gender studies, development studies, and law, and grounded and expert knowledge of South Asia.
